WILL DO LIST LIMITATIONS:

1- I have the right to refuse commissions requesting Fan art of a series if it does not align with my own personal or moral beliefs. This could include series made by controversial individuals or other reasons.

2- I am pretty open to any kink/fetish. HOWEVER, I still hold all rights to deny any commission with kinks/NSFW Acts that I am uncomfortable with. (Rape, NTR, Scat, and so on), we will discuss the nature of the commission at length before I take on the commission.

3- I have the right to reject and deny any commissions of gore art that makes me uncomfortable. Including art of gore of another person's original character (this falls under Hate speech/Art)

1- I am able to create simple robotic designs based on preexisting IPs such as Sonic's Metal Sonic or Fnaf's animatronic designs.

ART RIGHTS AND TIMELINE

- Commissions are for MOSTLY personal use. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, Reference Images, etc. Artworks may NOT be used for profit unless specified. Please contact me via Discord, Twitter, or other listed forms of communication for commercial work

- information; there may be additional fees for commercial rights. These could include: Vtuber Models, Adoptable Designs, etc. 

- I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A/I engine, Removing my watermark, or other forms of theft is prohibited. I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.

-Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc come with heavier restrictions due to age ranges and cannons. I WILL NOT AGE UP FOR NSFW!

- Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.

- I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.

- Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Please give me at most three (3) months max to complete the commission just in case something arises.This is usually not needed and most commissions are completed very quickly. However, I value quality and detail and thus put many hours into my Works, so please be patient. If the commission is a large order, I need extra time.

- I always Provide WIP updates at each Stage of the design: Sketch, Line Art, Flat Colors, Shading, Rendering.

- Reposting and sharing the artwork is always welcome, but please give credit to @Inkless_Color. If you wish to sell/adopt off a character you did not pay commercial rights for, you MUST contact me and keep my watermark on at ALL TIMES!

- Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.

PAYMENT

- Payment is via PayPal, Venmo or Cash App only. An invoice will be sent by me. A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish up your request.

- If for any reason you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch as been approved, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).

- In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed. (I will keep a minimum 25% of the Initial payment).

- Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.

PROCESS

- Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and color pallets If needed) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds will no longer be available unless I initiate the cancellation.

- Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3), Or any form of Major changes (Color Overhaul, design change, background change) will require an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.

- Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will send you the completed full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting through our agreed form of communication. No physical product will be delivered.
